Carhartt does not endorse any brand of water-repellent, but we are aware that Scotchguard and Nikwax are two brands that make water-repellent sprays that can be used on outerwear. There are several other brands to choose from though. Be sure to check that the one you buy is appropriate for the outershell of your jacket. If you have a cotton jacket, make sure the product is safe to use on cotton materials - same with nylon jackets.
