My name is Dave and I'm from Berlin, MA.
I have a tough job. I always have; weather it was concrete construction for a comercial foundation outfit in Boston, or land surveying , or working as a federal sharpshooter on National wildlife refuges I have always worn carharts, especialy the double tough jeans with the two layered front. It is my trademark, I've had many girlfriends that tell me they look great on me too, Ill even wear a clean pair to a sport coat deal.
I know work as a Wetlands Identification Specialist and have for many years, its good outdoor work and it keeps me in the swamp constantly. I have covered more off road territory on foot for work than anybody I know even in Massachusetts which trust me has plenty of swamps. My job is to walk the wetlands boundary running a hand operated auger every 50 100 feet testing for hydric soils. Needless to say it is tough and muddy almost every day. If the bugs and ticks dont git ya the poison ivy will. I totally depend on the rugged clothing, pants shirts and jackets you make, I have used them all and worn many right down to rags (no kidding). Five years ago an errant swing of the machette shattered my kneecap, if I hadn't had two pair of long johns AND the double layered tin-cloth jeans you make it would have been really bad.. I DO NOT compromise on quality and you guys keep very good stuff amazingly affordable, tough and good looking.
